Boon Cho

vietnamese style dry noodles. i can't remember what "boon" means, but "cho" means mixed. therefore, its mixed noodles. there is the white noodles, bean sprouts (a lot), beef, and as you can see alot of fried spring onions and slices of mangoes. a few colleagues brought karren and i to savour this fine local dish a couple of weeks back. the noodles is soft, and the bean sprouts added the crunchy feel. fried springs onions, the sauce and the beef gave the dish its taste. sweet and spicy at the same time. looks great, taste great.
