Bumped into Alvin and Wanlin at City Hall. So we decided to have dinner together at Coffee Club. Bei claimed her free Bday meal. 

And then... chill at Pan Pacific Singapore! All had a glass of Saketini, except me. Cappuccino. Sad.

Note to self: "Don't Drive to Drink!" Haha...

Grand Shanghai

Recently attended my colleague's wedding dinner at Grand Shanghai, beside the Grand Corpthorne Waterfront. It's been a while since I last saw a wedding dinner held at a non-hotel location. It's my first time there and the place was fantastic.

Their march dance in was awesome. They had to dance all around the place because of the restaurant's layout.

Jane is a very fierce drinker. Haha.

Donkey blow candles

Yesterday saw 11 of us at Suntec City celebrating Terence's and Huibin's birthday. We went to the House of Sudanese Food, just beside Keeny Rogers. This was the second time I have been there and I must say the quality of food and service have good a huge improvement. I still remember the last time I went there was with Pin, Ling and Xiang. Erm, a few years back. Haha. The food was terrible and we didn't think the food was great. Yesterday was different. Everything was good. No food pictures cos I was busy eating and totally forgot about my little leica.

I shall just name a few dishes that I thought was really good. Well, first up was of course the Tahu Telok. A sure must order, be it Sudanese or Indonesian food. The BBQ grilled fish was fantastic. Talking about fish, I must eat all I can within these few days. Know why? Cos Bei is away in Bali!! Haha. I'm so gonna get it from her when she comes back!! Anyway, back to dishes. There was a dish that really looked like Begedil, only that it is not. Instead of potato, the fillings consist of mushrooms, and some other vege. I can't remember lah. Next is their prawns, grilled. I don't even have to elaborate further. Haha. Weiwen ordered the Sayur Lodeh and she ordered only one serving. Everyone was fighting for it! Haha.

We went to Marina Square after dinner for some entertainment. Kok, Fats and Denis played snooker while Terence and I went walking around the mall. We want to get some Taro from BK, bump into Alvin and Wanlin and ended up getting hot fudge at Macs. Well, of course we bowled. All time favorite of the gang!! Haha. I score a turkey. Cool huh! Hahaha...

A great day for the Donkey clan and the rest of the gang. Happy birthday Donkeys!!!
