The third generation iPad will be in stores 16 March!!

Well, it packs a A5X Quad-core processor, a new 5 Megapixel iSight camera, 4G LTE for faster wireless connections and a 2048x1536 resolution retina display! 


What I thought good was the iLife family of apps, though I think I will only use iPhoto and occasionally iMovie. LOL. Impressive photo editing options. Kinda eager to see what it can do.


But then, I still don't see a reason for me to buy an iPad...

They Want to Know What It's Like...

$1K is very big!!!

So according to this I should be able to comfortably own a medium to large sized flat and with my current income, I could probably own 2 small to medium sized flat.

 If say a couple were to earn $2,000 total a month and decided to go for a 3-room unit. They pick the worst possible unit priced at the lowest at $169,000. Given they have all the grants which totals up to about $60,000. Take up a loan for $109,00 over 20 years paying $500 every month. $1,500 remaining. Food, travel expenses, PUB bills, maintenance would probably take up another $500 - $600. $1,000 remaining. Still looks ok but that means they get to only save a maximum of $1,000 every month. Ok, but difficult. The couple probably won't have enough cash to spend on their wants, well, that's if salary remains at $2,000.

I wonder what was he thinking when he said all that.

Feeling of Nostalgia

It's been a while since I sat down with Bei for a drink while she studies for some test or exam.

It's a nice feeling, sitting here, nuaing, and people watching. Only difference, she's no longer a student but a flight stewardess in training.

Alternative to a good workout...

Is cleaning the cage and pee pan of your pets. My two little buggers can really shit. All thanks to their super eating ability!!!

If your those that are lazy to go out for a swim or run, it would be a good idea to get a few pets. Yeah, you may be just as lazy to clean them up. But the smell of their poo, trust me, will force you to clean. And then your on for a full body workout!!

What do you get? Of course there's plenty of sweat! You work your leg and abdomen muscles while squatting and getting up squatting again. You work your arm muscles with all the scrubbing!! Great isn't it? Haha.

Ever since Bei started her Salt & Pepper Weddings, we have been talking about me going into photography and eventually working with her in the future. It was a good idea and I'm very receptive about the idea, it leads to me being my own boss!! Who don't want that, right?

Then came an opportunity where Bei's partner was planning a wedding and the couple did not have a photographer. So Raymond and I were asked if we wanted to try. Why not right?

Well, all I can say is that being a wedding photographer is not easy. Ok, maybe it was my first time, but I felt I did not really do a very good job. I didn't really anticipated well. Missed quite a few crucial moments. Both Raymond and I did. Only lucky that what we missed, we covered for each other.

Bei said I need more practice. So, who getting married soon? Wanna let me practice? LOL

Shorter ERP Operation Times

An entire wedding shot on multiple iPhone4.

Good and bad I suppose. Not much control over camera settings and such. But there are dozens of apps around to fix it. The entire project done by professional photographers is the interesting part. Quite a good job done I feel. I probably won't go for it. But it would definitely be a nice addition. =)
