today i met andy. talk to me about my grades going down. ok lah, i admit, i have been lazy for the past 2 semester. anyway, i told him that maybe its becos the school packs core modules into a 5-week semester when the module is supposed to be completed in 15 weeks. how to cope, you tell me lah... guess what the cheapo dean say...
andy: so tell me, why is your grades getting worst?
me: i think its becos we're doing accting 2 and f&b cost control in a 5-week semester. plus i have to cope with work too.
andy: i don't think so... students in LV are doing the same thing as you.
me: they are doing the same thing in 5 weeks? i thought they were doing it in 15 weeks. (i told him straight. and according to mccool, its really 15 weeks)
andy: so tell me what is more important? earning that extra cash or doing well in your studies.
me: both. i need the money in order to support me to do well in my studies.
andy: ok. so you really have to balanace. work hard, participate in class, do your assignments, your projects, sleep late, wake up early.... (can you imagine that?)
anyway, the school's gonna get new polo-tees. same thing but without the red on the collar and the sleeves, which makes us look like popular staff!!!! maybe he is trying to make up to the students by showing he is not so cheapo after all... good start...
stayed in school the whole day to finish up the case study. damn xiong i tell you. luckily there was richmond, jamie, swing and eugene there to crap with... and ya, thanks richmond and jamie, i appreciate it. =)
and now, i am going to do accountings problems...
